I am proud to be an Investment Advisor within the Private Client Group at Blackmont Capital Inc. I joined Blackmont in April 2004. Blackmont is a high calibre firm that provides me with the flexibility, independence and investment choices I need to best serve my clients.

I began my financial career in 1982 as a banker and eventually became the manager of TD’s main Halifax branch. I left TD in 1998 to work as a full service Investment Advisor, eventually joining BMO Nesbitt Burns until April of 2004 when I moved my business to Blackmont Capital.

My banking background created a foundation that continues to enable me to address all areas of my clients' financial well-being. In fact, my experience and knowledge gives me specialization in areas that are beyond the scope of many other investment advisors, and enable me to be more innovative when creating my clients' financial plans.

I live and work in Halifax. I am married and have three children. I enjoy sailing, boating and just about anything to do with the outdoors, particularly the ocean. While I am passionate about my work, I also believe in spending quality time with my family and friends, and living life to the fullest each and every day.
