Barry McNicol is Director, Endowments and Foundations, with Blackmont Capital Inc. He is also a Senior Vice President and Investment Advisor with Blackmont. Barry holds the designations of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). As a Director, Barry is leading Blackmont’s Endowment and Foundation program. In his capacity as Investment Advisor, Barry’s focus is on understanding world economic and geopolitical developments and their impact on the development of strategies to enhance client portfolios.

Barry has been a best-selling author on issues surrounding severance and downsizing. Barry is currently enrolled in the Endowment and Foundation certificate program taught by Wharton for IMCA

Barry was on the board of Pelletier Homes for Youth for seven years and was Chairperson for two years.
