Acquaint — We introduce the Team and our process, and discuss your current financial situation, time horizon, tax considerations, risk tolerance, income needs, regulatory restrictions, unique circumstances, goals, and expectations.

Analyse — We review your information and apply our investment principles to produce recommendations. The quality of the recommendations is the key to the success of this process. They are always chosen with discipline, experience and energy. Asset allocation suggestions include various asset classes, common stocks, alternative strategies, and bonds to match your short- and long-term plans. Computer modeling of the investment strategy positions the portfolio to capture superior risk-adjusted performance.

Agree — We review our recommendations and select a mutually acceptable course of action.

Activate — We select and implement specific steps based on the strategy developed.

Adjust — Daily internal reviews are conducted, discussions are held with you and adjustments are made as circumstances change. Formal reviews are held during regular face-to-face meetings.

We communicate with you regularly. Statements will be mailed or emailed at least quarterly. A performance update will be prepared with a frequency that matches your needs, providing market commentary and a comparison to relevant benchmarks. You will also receive a Quarterly Consolidated Performance Report on each of the equity investment strategies. Annual financial reporting will also be provided.
