Peter K.C. Ho, FHKIoD — Investment Advisor

Peter Ho has been providing financial leadership to affluent clients since 1988. Before joining Blackmont, he worked as a Senior Vice President at TD Evergreen, Senior Vice President & Director, Financial Consultant, Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch, and First Vice President, Investment Advisor at CIBC World Markets. He moved to our firm to enjoy the privilege of providing independent, unbiased advice.

Peter is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Hong Kong’s premier body representing professional directors working together to promote good corporate governance and to advance the status of Hong Kong both in China and around the globe. This has brought him broad experience in private wealth management. He has counseled clients from many Canadian sectors, including real estate, media, information technology, law, insurance, and not-for-profit.

Peter has been recognized at the Chairman’s Club and President’s Club levels within several prominent organizations representing the Canadian and global investment industries.

A published author and global markets commentator with media including PCCW (NOW Broadband TV’s Business News Channel) in Hong Kong, Peter also holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Ryerson University. He is an international award-winning photographer and photo-imaging enthusiast, and has been an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain since 2001.

Peter lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
