| Richard has worked in the brokerage industry for over 25 years. He was previously with ScotiaMcLeod before joining Blackmont Capital in 2006. The Herman Team transitioned to Blackmont because their client-centred philosophy was in line with the Team’s vision. Blackmont has fostered an independent and entrepreneurial culture that allows them to provide their clients with unbiased advice, lower fees, better technology, and more insightful research. The Team’s focus is to provide clients with a complete financial solution, offering financial and estate planning, insurance analysis and portfolio management.
Richard graduated from Ottawa University with an Honours B.A. in Economics and is fully bilingual. He has the Level II Life Insurance† license and remains active in my community by supporting the Richelieu Club, the United Way and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
