After twelve years in the investment business working for CIBC Wood Gundy and HSBC Securities, I have made two exciting pivotal moves that will shape my practice for the years to come. I have joined Blackmont Capital, an independent full-service investment boutique that enables me to serve my valued long-term clients with more sophisticated products, services and resources without bias. Also, I have decided to expand my client base in the Caledon area, where I live and have recognized a migration of affluent and sophisticated investors who share my mindset and beliefs.

Having grown up in the Hockley Valley, I look forward to providing wealth management services to savvy rural investors, meeting in the area or providing in-home consultation where preferred. Maintaining the important Bay Street connection, a large portion of my work will continue to be conducted at my downtown Toronto office at Blackmont Capital, where I will enjoy providing a high level of investment service excellence to my city-based clients. I hold a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from University of Waterloo and have completed the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) Derivatives course and Professional Financial Planning course. As a life licensed advisor, I am qualified to sell insurance† products to dovetail with my clients’ investment strategies. I am a member of the Caledon Chamber of Commerce, the Islington Sportsman’s Club, and enjoy spending time with my wife and two young boys in the pursuit of a variety of activities that the region has to offer.
